NOW OPEN Starship Dance Theater Scholarship application

Annual scholarship award for young dancers. Funding made available thanks in part to the ARPA, Starship Studio & the Guilford Foundation

2021 & 2022 awardee Faith Anderson has continued dancing in college and often teaches & choreographs at Starship. She hopes to pursue choreographing and teaching professionally. (21/22 awardee Faith Anderson with Joyce DiLauro artistic director & founder of Starship Dance Theater)

Starship Dance Theater & Company is proud to offer a dance scholarship for those involved in Starship Dance Studio & Theater. For many years this scholarship has allowed and encouraged dancers to pursue their dreams, goals, and passions. Past awardees have utilized the scholarship to attend prestigious dance academies or summer dance intensives, pay for dance supplies, or create and explore their dance passions through individual projects. We hope this scholarship continues to provide support and encourage blossoming dancers and students.
