The 1986-built property offers nearly 2,800 square feet, an in-ground pool, and convenient access to Guilford's schools, town center, beaches, and other local amenities.

Overnight Paving To Begin In Guilford: Details (patch.com) — Overnight milling and paving is set to disrupt traffic along Boston Post Road in Guilford, from the East River Bridge at the Madison line to the West River Bridge. Police say the multi-week project will run nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Oct. 9, urging drivers to allow extra time and use caution in work zones.

The project promises faster, more reliable internet and continued expansion across town, as part of broader national broadband upgrades highlighted in this industry roundup.
