PZC: No Medical Pot Shops for Guilford
To date, there have been no requests to open dispensaries or production facilities in the town.

There will not be any place in Guilford to make or obtain medical marijuana.
On Wednesday, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to ban medical marijuana dispensaries and production facilities in the community, according to the New Haven Register.
The Guilford Development Assets for Youth Program, also known as DAY, wanted the zoning change made, even though there have been no requests to open such a facility.

The Department of Consumer Protection lists six dispensaries in Connecticut: Hartford, Bethel, South Windsor, Uncasville, Bristol and Branford.
