Route 15 In Hamden Reopens After Downed Tree: UPDATE

UPDATE: Both sides of Route 15 in Hamden have reopened after crews cleared a downed tree from the road.

HAMDEN, CT — The storm is already wreaking havoc in some areas and a portion of Route 15 South is closed due to a tree in the roadway, according to the state DOT. Route 15 South is closed between Exits 62 and 61 in Hamden.

The estimated duration of the incident is expected to be three hours or less, according to the DOT.
