Hamden Police Investigating Overnight Burglary
A home was broken into last week while the residents were sleeping. A motor vehicle that was stolen was recovered in New Haven on Sunday.

A motor vehicle stolen from a Lexington Street home during an overnight burglary last week was recovered in New Haven on Sunday.
Hamden police are investigating the burglary, which occurred between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on June 3.
Police said investigation revealed that an individual entered the residence through an unlocked window, located in the kitchen area. The burglary occurred between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., while the residents were asleep.

The resident’s motor vehicle, electronic equipment and personal belongings were stolen, according to police.
