HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man is accused of posing as a state worker and later breaking into a home after the owner went to work, according to police.
Therman Blount, 53, was arrested Jan. 5 on a warrant and charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
The arrest stems from an incident that happened Aug. 14, 2020, on Laconia Street in Hamden, a little more than a week after Tropical Storm Isaias hit the area.
