Police Charge New York Man with Causing $20K Worth of Damage to Hamden Home
The man is accused of stalking the residents and damaging the home on six different occasions.

Hamden police have charged a New York man with causing more than $20,000 worth of damage to a Mill Rock Road residence on six different occasions between April and September of 2014.
Twice in April and once in May, the tires to the resident’s motor vehicles were slashed and on three different occasions, in May, July and September, their Mill Rock Road residence was extensively damaged with paint, Capt. Ronald Smith said in a press release.
An individual, who was later identified as Thomas Folan, had spray-painted and smeared several colors of paint on all sides of the home, including a detached garage and patio.
