CT Spirit Zone All-Star Cheerleading, Dance, and Tumbling training center offers toddler/preschool gymnastics fun play (ages 14 months - 5 years), recreational gymnastics classes, tumbling instruction, stunt clinics, cheer skills classes, dance classes and all-star cheer & dance teams for ages 3-unlimited, birthday parties for all ages, and more! Our state-of-the-art air conditioned facility offers two 42’x54’ spring floors, and a 18’x48’ cheer floor, tumble track trampoline, foam pit, all gymnastics apparatus, various tumbling spotting equipment, inflatable flu devices, and Connecticut’s most elite cheer and tumbling staff. Our staff is CPR and First Aid certified.
