Four Hartford police officers have tested positive for coronavirus. The city will join others in banning gatherings of more than 10 people.

HARTFORD, CT — Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin announced that four police officers have tested positive for coronavirus, WTNH reported. The four officers who contracted the virus had been on personal leave and traveled to Spain, which is on the CDC's list of countries with a coronavirus advisory.
They were asked not to return to work for a 14-day period when they came back March 10, according to WTNH.
Bronin clarified that the officers returned from personal travel before Spain was included on CDC advisories.
