Woman Dead After Altercation In Hartford Monday Morning: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — Hartford police Monday are investigating the early morning killing of a woman in the city, according to multiple reports.

WTNH Channel 8, citing the Hartford Police Department, said police are searching for two suspects after a woman was fatally stabbed during an apparent dispute early Monday morning.

Police received reports of a woman being stabbed at about 4 a.m. in the area of Bond Street, WTNH reported.

According to WFSB Channel 3, police identified the victim as a woman, but her name had not been released as of Monday morning.

Investigators determined that some type of altercation occurred at several locations in the area, according to WFSB.

Police said a male suspect fled the area on foot, WFSB reported.
