Cedar Hill Cemetery Foundation to Present Free Summer Concert

Enjoy an evening of music at Cedar Hill Cemetery on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 6:00 pm. The free concert will feature the The Jolly Beggars, a popular Connecticut-based band.

The Jolly Beggars, featuring Jeff DesRosier, Christopher Vece, Greg Wilfrid, and David Uhl, bring the rich tradition of Celtic folk music and storytelling to modern day audiences.

Characterized by their tight harmonies and use of guitars, mandolin, tin whistles, banjo, double bass, spoons, and more, The Jolly Beggars enjoy an enthusiastic following along the East Coast.

Cedar Hill Cemetery is located at 453 Fairfield Avenue in Hartford.

The concert will be held on the sprawling lawn between the Garden and Cedar Mausoleums. Bring blankets, chairs, and picnic dinners for a night to remember.

The rain date is Saturday, July 22 at 6:00 p.m.
