Double Shooting Investigation Closes Part Of I-91
Two people were seriously injured in a Wednesday morning shooting that may have occurred on the highway.
HARTFORD, CT — Police are investigating after they found two shooting victims in a car near 400 Windsor St. Wednesday morning. The victims, a 40-year-old male and 35-year-old female, have serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the shooting appears to have taken place elsewhere. Police were collecting evidence and taking witness statement on I-91 by Jennings Road.
NBC Connecticut reported that the investigation closed down two lanes on I-91 South between exits 32 and 33.
