Hartford Apartment Building Sells For More Than $2 Million
The 36-unit building was sold last month.
HARTFORD, CT — A 36-unit apartment building recently sold for $2.79 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal. The three-story building is located at 249-255 Sisson Ave. and contains 56 rooms.
It was sold from a Brooklyn-based firm to Paxe Hartford Portfolio LP, of Lakewood, NJ on Feb. 8.
