Hartford Athletic Club Will Welcome Special Olympics Athletes
Special Olympics teams will play at halftime, August 4th

The Hartford Athletic Club will welcome four Special Olympics Connecticut soccer teams to Dillon Stadium to play during halftime on Wednesday, August 4th. Exhibition games will be played to demonstrate the power and joy of Special Olympics' inclusive sports that give individuals of all abilities the opportunity to be on the same team and showcase their skills. Tickets for the Hartford Athletic Club event - featuring the Special Olympics halftime exhibition games - are $17.24, with $3.00 from every ticket sold going to Special Olympics. They may be purchased at http://fevo.me/soct. Dillon Stadium is located at 250 Huyshope Avenue in Hartford. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the start time is 7 p.m. To find out more, email specialolympicsct@soct.org.
Teams playing at halftime will include Special Olympics Hartford, Chapel Haven, Newington and Seaside Saybrook.
