Hartford Children Get New Bikes From Bank

Liberty Bank volunteers recently donated the bikes as part of a World Kindness Day observance.

HARTFORD, CT — Thanks to a local bank, 88 children throughout the city can now enjoy the gift of transportation and exercise.

Last Wednesday, Nov. 29, Liberty Bankemployees delivered 88 new bicycles to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford, which operates five clubhouses in the state's capital city.

Those bikes, according to Liberty, were to be distributed evenly to all club locations.
