Hartford Convicted Felon Pleads Guilty To Gun Charges
A city man with convictions for numerous crimes recently pleaded guilty to charges.
HARTFORD, CT — A convicted felon with a lengthy criminal history recently pleaded guilty to possessing a loaded handgun, according to a statement from federal prosecutors. David Francis, 41, has felony convictions for drug, robbery, and firearm offenses.
A search of his vehicle found he owned a 9mm handgun. He will be sentenced Feb. 28 and faces up to 10 years in prison.
Francis was released on $150,000 bond pending sentencing.
