Hartford Man Charged In 'Ghost Gun' Case
Carlos Rosado is facing numerous charges after he was arrested for attempting to sell an illegal gun, according to police.

HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford man has been arrested on charges that he attempted to sell an illegal firearm, according to police. Carlos Rosado, 37, of 709 Wethersfield Ave. was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of an assault weapon, two counts of possession of high capacity magazine, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, weapons in a motor vehicle, and criminal attempt at sale or transfer.
Police said Rosado was in possession of numerous weapons including a semi-automatic AR-15 style pistol rifle with high capacity magazine. This was considered a "ghost gun" as no serial number or National Crime Information Center information was available.
He also possessed a high capacity 50 round 9 mm drum magazine, a box of 9 mm live ammunition, four boxes of .223 ammunition, and seven grams of unprocessed fentanyl.
