HARTFORD, CT — A Hartford man pleaded guilty in federal court to the sex trafficking of two minors. Hiran Sanchez, 21, recruited the two minors to engage in commercial sex acts.
The first victim was 15-years-old and the second victim was 16, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connecticut office. He advertised on backpage.com and transported the victims to Hartford-area hotels to meet with Johns.
Sanchez was arrested in January 2018 and has been detained since then. HE faces at least 10 years in prison and up to life.
