Hartford Resident Turns $2 To $20,000 Quickly

HARTFORD, CT — A city resident turned a $2 scratch-off game into a massive payout after visiting a Hartford liquor store on Tuesday.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the winning Mega Money 28th Edition scratch-off game was purchased at Hartford's Club Package Store, located at 554 Wethersfield Ave.

At $2 per game, the $20,000 win amounted to the maximum payout for the ticket.
