Hartford Resident Turns $3 To $30K With Lotto Game From West Hartford

The winning ticket was purchased at a convenience store/gas station.

HARTFORD/WEST HARTFORD, CT — A trip to a convenience store/gas station proved to be quite profitable Thursday, Jan. 26, for one Hartford resident.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Hartford resident Marcella Blondin won $30,000 playing a scratch-off game purchased at a West Hartford Cumberland Farms store.

Blondin played the 3X The Cash 11th Edition game, which costs only $3 to play, which means Blondin enjoyed the maximum possible payout, according to the lottery corp.
