Hartford Resident Wins Scratch-off Ticket's Top Prize

HARTFORD/EAST HARTFORD, CT — One Hartford resident scratched out a nice payout playing a scratch-off game this week.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Hartford resident Lovely Mann Jr. won $20,000 playing the 20X Cash 8th Edition scratch-off game.

The game costs $20 to play and carries with it a maximum payout of $20,000.

According to lottery officials the winning ticket was purchased at the High Street Shell store in East Hartford.
