Hartford Woman Wins Big With Lotto Ticket Bought In Wethersfield
The winning scratch-off was purchased at a small food mart.
HARTFORD/WETHERSFIELD, CT — A Hartford resident didn't scratch-off the maximum prize for the lottery game she purchased this week, but its likely she's not complaining.
Hartford resident Ana Maria Carter won $100,000 playing the "$150,000 a Year For Life!" game on Monday, according to the Connecticut Lottery Corp.
Carter purchased the winning ticket at Wolcott Hill Mart, 72 Wolcott Hill Road in Wethersfield.

Considering the game costs $10 to play, the $100,000 payout seems to have been well worth it.
