Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Kelsie C. Leon as an associate in the Firm's Trusts & Estates Group based in Hartford, CT.

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Kelsie C. Leon as an associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Kelsie joins Hinckley Allen’s Hartford, CT office from the Law Offices of James M. Rubino.

Kelsie’s practice focuses on Trusts & Estates, including advising and representing fiduciaries in moderate to complex probate, estate and trust administration matters. She has experience representing clients before Connecticut Probate and Superior Courts, and has successfully represented clients in a multitude of complex civil and other contested matters, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty, summary process, partition, foreclosure, breach of contract, corporate dissolution, business and employment disputes, and wrongful death.

Kelsie earned her J.D. at Roger Williams University School of Law, after graduating with a B.A. from Syracuse University. Admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, she maintains her membership with the Fairfield County Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Outside of the office, Kelsie is a dedicated advocate for the prevention of cruelty to animals and provides support to local and national environmental organizations for a cleaner earth and sustainable future.
