Man, 27, Dead In Hit-And-Run Incident In Hartford: Reports

The bicyclist was pronounced dead at a local hospital after being found in the roadway early Sunday morning.

HARTFORD, CT — A 27-year-old bicyclist from East Hartford was killed by a hit-and-run motorist in Hartford early Sunday morning.

According to WFSB Channel 3, the male bicyclist has been identified as Rosevelt Vann Jr., 27, of East Hartford, who was found on the road with severe injuries at about midnight. Sunday.

Fox 61 reports the collision happened near 605 Albany Ave. in the city, adding he was rushed to Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, where he was eventually pronounced dead.
