Man In Custody After Fatal Hartford Stabbing Identified
A 52-year-old Hartford man is believed to have stabbed his girlfriend to death in Hartford Sunday, according to police.
HARTFORD, CT — A woman is dead after a man believed to be her "boyfriend" stabbed her multiple times in a vehicle Sunday afternoon, according to Hartford police.
Multiple broadcast reports Monday morning indicated the stabbing was at an unidentified location in Hartford.
According to WVIT Channel 30, the suspect, who is in police custody after he turned himself in after what's being reported as a domestic incident, has been identified as 52-year-old Pedro Grajalez of Hartford.

The victim has been identified as 57-year-old Nilda Rivera of New Britain.,according to WFSB Channel 3.
The woman was brought to St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, where she died, marking the city's sixth homicide of 2023, according to WFSB.

As a result of the incident, multiple reports have indicated Grajalez has been charged with murder and is being held on $1.5 million bond.
