Manchester Man Charged In Fatal Hartford Shooting: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — City police have a suspect in custody following a fatal shooting in Hartford Tuesday evening that claimed the life of a 43-year-old local man.

According to WFSB Channel 3, the Hartford Police Department has charged Arnold Marcus, 53, of Manchester, in connection with the shooting death of Hartford resident Randi Gunn, 43.

Citing police, WFSB said the shooting was linked to a "verbal argument."

The fatal shooting happened at about 7:15 p.m. on Garden Street, according to WVIT Channel 30.
