Marijuana Gummy Worms Sicken Hartford Students

Severals students reported feeling ill after consuming the gummy worms.

HARTFORD, CT — Seven students fell ill after consuming marijuana-laced gummy worms that were brought in by a student at R. J. Kinsella Magnet High School of Performing Arts.

One student was taken to the hospital as a precaution while the others were released to their parents Friday, according to NBC Connecticut.

The student who brought in the edibles was issued a summons.
