This accident comes after two separate crashes on I-84 east snarled traffic earlier in the morning and another crash off an Interstate 91 off-ramp did the same thing after the two I-84 wrecks.
Those prior crashes have, now, all been cleared.
One of those crashes involved an accused carjacker who tried to gain entry into three vehicles and a tractor trailer on a busy and backed up I-84, state police said.
