Movie Filming, Events To Impact Hartford Traffic

There will be several road closures in Downtown Hartford on Friday and over the weekend.

HARTFORD, CT — Downtown Hartford will see several road closures this weekend due to events and a movie filming, according to FOX 61. The filming of a Hallmark movie will impact traffic on Capitol Avenue between Main and Hudson Streets from 7 a.m. Friday until noon Sunday, according to FOX 61.

Trumbull Street between Asylum and Church Streets will be closed from 4 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friday for the Pratt Street Salsa Social.

Then on Saturday, the Foodshare Walk Against Hunger will close downtown streets near Dunkin' Donuts Park and around Bushnell Park, according to FOX 61.

The Hallmark film is titled "Christmas in Harlem" and will mostly be shot in Hartford on Capitol Avenue.
