Man In His 20s Shot In Hartford: Police (patch.com) — A man in his 20s was hospitalized after being shot Monday afternoon near Brook Street and Mather Street in Hartford, and police say he was conscious when taken to a local hospital. Hartford's Major Crimes and Crime Scene divisions are investigating, and officers are asking anyone with information to call the department's anonymous tip line.
