Real Art Ways presents its monthly social event, Creative Cocktail Hour on Thursday, June 15, 6-10pm. Everyone is welcome at Creative Cocktail Hour. Held on the third Thursday of every month at Real Art Ways. 56 Arbor Street, Hartford, Connecticut. To be held outside, weather permitting.
In June, Creative Cocktail Hour will feature a creative mix of musicians and artists, and things to do, including:

- Live music: Mystery band, to be announced via Real Art Ways' social media and website on Monday, 6/12!
- Live music: DJ Sonia Sol, CT based singer and open format DJ; an eclectic blend of Neo-Soul, Reggae, & R&B sounds.
- Music from house DJ, DJ Mr. Realistic.
- Food truck: Auntie's Pasta, authentic Italian cuisine.
- Hands-on art making activities, based on current exhibitions within Real Art Ways' galleries.
- Visitors will experience four separate exhibitions in Real Art Ways' galleries:
- Exhibition opening by Jim Whitten titled Barricade. Curated by David Borawski. ###li
- parir los pétalos by Roni Aviv. Drawing, sculpture, indigenous embroidery and knitting techniques. Chuls explores feminist issues and reproductive choice surrounding Peruvian and Latin American women in their daily lives.

Tickets for Creative Cocktail Hour are $15 general admission (only $10 for Real Art Ways members). If you come on a bicycle and are a member, it's free! Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
