Roads Reopen After Underground Explosions In Hartford
A utility mishap closed Hartford roads Monday.

HARTFORD, CT — Police said that parts of Market Street, American Row and Prospect Street were closed Monday morning due to an underground utilities explosion. The roads reopened around 1 p.m.
Police at the scene told NBC that an electrical fire caused the closures.
All roads closed and detoured from the utilities explosion downtown are now all reopened. -Lt.PC
