HARTFORD, CT — A local community group is hosting a special forum Wednesday on the future of teens in Hartford and what needs to be done to help them succeed and thrive.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartfordis hosting a conversation on Wednesday, Jan. 3, on the community collaboration necessary to help teenagers in Hartford thrive.

It will take place at the club's South End Clubhouse, 129 Ledyard St., Hartford, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
"The youth organization is starting the new year with a focus on creating a brighter future for Hartford’s next generation, especially those in their teens," wrote Hartford Boys & Girls Clubs in a statement.

Hartford Boys & Girls Clubs of America President and CEO Jim Clark will participate in the conversation and a special focus group with Hartford teenagers.
The event features a conversation with local leaders and Boys & Girls Club members.
