United Way Celebrates the Love of Reading

United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut partnered with schools and volunteers across Greater Hartford for Read Across America Day, in celebration of Dr. Seuss’s birthday. On March 1, 180 United Way volunteers spent the morning fostering a love of learning and reading with nearly 3,500 children in East Hartford, Hartford and New Britain. Pictured: Paula S.
