Additional specials include Atlantic Halibut and Christmas Ham complete with an Apricot Mustard Glaze, Shallot-Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Carrots and Pan Gravy. On New Year’s Eve, pamper yourself with a dinner special including Chilled Stonington Lobster with Champagne Truffle Vinaigrette, Wagyu A-5 Filet Mignon with Red Wine Demi and a Pan Roasted Turbot with Shaved Truffle and Jus de Poulet.

Foxwoods’ signature steakhouse is preparing Christmas specials that are sure to please. Surf n’ Turf lovers will delight in Lobster and Crab Cakes with Lemon Chive Aioli, followed by an entrée choice of Filet Mignon with Shrimp or Stuffed Chilean Sea Bass with Jumbo Lump Crab. Before the ball drops, Cedars will offer two special New Year’s Eve menus. Feast in the dining room on favorites like the Double-Cut Colorado Lamb Chops and the Chairman’s Cut Prime Rib.
