Teens and parents of teens are encouraged to attend two events this week at Scranton Library:
1. Finding Money for College-a seminar with Martin Greatorex of The College Navigator. He will go into detail about the best ways to pay for your child's education. Grants, scholarships, and loans will all be discussed as well as special college savings accounts. Register.
2. The Journey to College-join Laura Maniglia, owner of Handle Associates of Guilford, as she explains how to navigate each grade of your child's schooling starting in middle school to prepare for college. This presentation is appropriate for teens and parents. Register.
These program are free and open to all and take place in the Community Room of the Scranton Library, 801 Boston Post Road, Madison.
