A field of dreams, but the toilet seat doesn't fit

What is the going rate for a toilet seat?  Or, perhaps, someone would like to donate one that fits the toilet in the Surf Club women's bathroom? 
     Although I normally post about more serious issues, I feel compelled to hold someone responsible for the fact that there is a small round toilet seat on one of the three OVAL shaped toilets.  Besides the beach crowds, who may be more tolerant of such things (so long as the floor is not gooey), is this the restroom that is to service the expected crowds at our new state-of-the-art Strong Field?  I must say, while I am normally a fiscal conservative, a little spruce-up of this facility is well past due.  And please, can we make sure to have enough toilet paper at the next event?
