• Annual Clam Dig In Madison Set For This Weekend (patch.com) — Madison residents can head to Garvan Point this Saturday for the town’s annual Clam Dig, running from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. While attendance is free, anyone clamming must purchase a shellfish license from the town, with discounted rates for taxpayers and seniors. The license covers a quarter-bushel clamming limit, giving locals a chance to enjoy fresh shellfish together.
