The Barefoot Movement Comes to madison to Share their Bluegrass Holiday Party

The award-winning young bluegrass band comes to the Fire In The Kitchen concert series for a night of great holiday music Saturday Dec 6.

Every year there’s one band that stands out at all the festivals, grabbing headlines and stealing attention from the old guard, and goes on to greatness. It’s the Barefoot Movement’s turn this year, and it’s easy to see and hear why. Infectious personalities, great harmonies, and ripping playing are all ingredients you need to succeed, and they have it all. Fortunately for us, they love to play holiday tunes, and we get to enjoy them combining their love of music and Christmas!

There are a lot of choices to make in holiday entertainment this year, but this is one of the more lively evenings you can spend in a truly family-friendly environment. Same great music that the Fire In The Kitchen series has become world renown for, same great Ashley’s ice cream; this is our version of what a Christmas party should be.

The show is Saturday, December 6th, at 7:00 PM, doors open at 6:30. Call 203-668-3735 for reservations or information, but we always have available seating, so reservations are not necessary.

We’re home to the not-very-world famous Skunk Misery Ramblers, an all-ages, all-abilities fiddle club that tours widely, sometimes as much as two miles away.

Get in on the fun!
