The Caregiver Support Group Series

Women & Family Life Center in Guilford, will offer a four-session Caregiver Support Group this fall for family members and informal caregivers seeking connection, understanding and mutual support.

The Saturday series will meet from 10 to 11 a.m. starting on Sept. 5, continuing on Oct. 10, Nov. 14 and Dec. 12 at Women & Family Life Center, located at 96 Fair Street in Guilford.

The group is designed to offer caregivers a consistent, judgment-free space to share their experiences and connect with others who understand the emotional and practical realities of caring for someone they love. Participants are welcome to share, listen, ask questions or simply spend time with people who understand without needing every part of the experience explained.

Registration enrolls participants in the fall series, with attendance encouraged at each session. The group is open to family members and informal caregivers and is not intended for professional caregivers.
