Country School Middle School Students Earn Academic Honors

The Country School proudly announces students who have earned academic honors for the first trimester.

Students in Grades 6-8 who have demonstrated particularly strong effort in all their courses receive special mention at the end of each term. The criteria for the effort list is a minimum of four effort grades of 4 or better, two of which must come from the traditional disciplines of English, math, history, science, and foreign language, with nothing below a 3. The criteria for the academic honors list is a minimum of four grades of A- or better with no grade below a B. Two of the four grades of A- or better must come from the traditional disciplines of English, math, history, science, and foreign language.
