Join us for this four week revolving specialty series designed for the beginning student or those students who have been away from their mat awhile and/or those students seeking a deeper understanding of the basics of yoga. This relaxed format will review the fundamentals of Pranayama (breathing), Asanas (postures), Alignement, Philosophy of Yoga and Relaxation. Each week will will cover the following topics: Week 1-Breakdown of the Sun Salutation; Week 2-Warrior Series; Week 3-Moon Salutations; Week 4-Cranio Sacral It is recommended that you attend all four sessions but drop-ins are always welcome!
