
Basic Pilates Core / Flex
Overall strength training combined with basic Pilates. This program is designed to increase overall body strength and core stability. Participants will build muscle strength and increase flexibility. Good for all ages and fitness levels. The instructor is Kris Reaske. Free Trial: Tuesday 3/6/12 10 to 11am and Thursday 3/8/12 10 to 11am.
