FREE-NEW STUDENTS! Power Yoga Level 2 with Karen Gomez

This class is free for new students the first two weeks January!

A challenging practice combining breath, movement, uninterrupted vinyasa flow, and focus.  Enhances self-awareness and concentration and improves strength and flexibility. The Class builds core power, promotes a cleansing sweat, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release.  Recommended for those looking for a vigorous practice.
