
Low Impact Aerobics
Have fun while getting a great workout. Program uses music and low-impact movements designed to increase your heart rate and your enjoyment of exercise as well. Includes a cool down with stretching and breathing techniques to increase flexibility and improve strength. Please bring a floor mat. The instructor is Kris Reaske.
