Guided Meditation & Tea

Meditation is nothing strange or difficult. It´s simply a way to control your thoughts. It´s an awesome opportunity to spend time with the most important person in the world: Your Self. It is proven that meditation can reduce stress, lead to a deeper level of relaxation, increase blood flow, slow your heart rate, reduce anxiety, decrease muscle tension and enhance the immune system. This class starts with 20 minutes guided meditation followed by 10 minutes silence meditation or relaxation. And after that we will all stay and enjoy a cup of lovely green tea. Wear soft and comfortable clothes. A cardigan and socks is great to keep warm. No meditation experience is needed. 45 minutes.
