Power Vinyasa Yoga (level 1-3)

This is a vigorous yoga class where we move in a fast past and flow from pose to pose to build up the heat from within. We also hold poses to build strength and focus. Class will include inversions and arm balancing poses. Even thou the class is physical the focus is always on the breath and quieting the mind. It is meditation in motion. The class ends with relaxation. Yoga experience is recommended. 90 minutes.
