This program is designed to support therapeutic experiential learning for teens ages 13 - 17. It will improve self-esteem, increase level of focus and balance, and improve strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing. Suited for teens focused on making lasting improvement and developing new life skills.

MORNING PROGRAM 10:30 am – 1:00 pm

Daily 2 hours Power Yoga Intensive Training Including:

Meditation Techniques

Physically Challenging Postures

Conscious Breathing Techniques

AFTERNOON PROGRAM 2:00 – 4:30 pm

Wellness and Wellbeing Instruction Including:

 

Wellness Assessments

Mindful Meditational Walks

Interactive Inspirational Living Exercises

End of Day Gentle Yoga For Stress Management
