Filippone Coach Of The Year, Vitale Offensive Player Of The Year Says Post-Chronicle
Ray Curren says Vitale "was quite simply the most feared offensive weapon in the SCC."

Daniel Hand High School's Nick Vitale was named Offensive Player Of The Year by Ray Curren in the Post-Chronicle Sunday.
"Henry Foye deserves some credit for pushing him to the victory, but he was quite simply the most feared offensive weapon in the SCC, sealing it with a 13-catch performance against Masuk that included a clinching touchdown and a first down on a bubble screen that saw him break approximately 213 tackles," Curren wrote in the article.
