Thank you to David Anderson, Madison's Town Planner, for applying for a State grant to investigate affordable housing options. The Madison Senior Services Commission knows how important such data is for Town planning. With Madison facing, by the year 2020, 33% of its population will be age 65 and older, residents will need a range of housing options. The time is now to begin planning for this dramatic change.
