Investigating Affordable Housing Options

Thank you to David Anderson, Madison's Town Planner, for applying for a State grant to investigate affordable housing options.  The Madison Senior Services Commission knows how important such data is for Town planning.  With Madison facing, by the year 2020, 33% of its population will be age 65 and older, residents will need a range of housing options. The time is now to begin planning for this dramatic change.  Madison's Director of Senior Services, Austin Hall, his staff and the Senior Services Commission are ready to help.
